New glasses - same prescription and frames (added anti-fatigue and blue light), feels different?

I bought glasses from Warby Parker 4 years ago, so I decided I needed to get another pair as my current ones are peeling. I bought the exact same lenses and put in the exact prescription used in my current glasses as I have zero issues with the current prescription used. I just received my new glasses in the mail, and they do not feel the same. I know these new ones will have fresh, clean lenses unlike my current ones, however that isn't the issue. It feels like my distance vision is slightly blurry while my near vision is a bit stronger than my current glasses. The only difference with the lenses is that the new ones I added anti-fatigue and blue light filtering. Everything else is the same with the single-vision, prescription, and using the thinner (1.67 high index) glass. Could the addition of those two options really change how my glasses feel to my eyes? My eyes felt a bit strained and I got a headache barely 20 minutes into wearing them. I understand slowly incorporating new glasses/contacts into wearing them fully, but these are supposedly the exact same in prescription. Is this normal? Do my eyes really have to adjust slowly to the new options I put into them? To my understanding, the anti-fatigue is built into the bottom of the lenses, which still would not explain why my distance vision is slightly off when not utilizing that portion and the strain from look at...
