I have been offered this position and the OTE is considerably higher than what I make right now. However, stock performance has been terrible the last few years and I don’t know how they are adding so many robotics positions offering considerably above market rate. It seems like a desperate attempt by the CEO to embark on a bold strategy to improve share holder morale. Anyone able to offer insight into this position and long term outlook? I’m not exactly sold on Optimize with the Rosa and am worried they are going to eliminate some of these positions in the coming years if Rosa doesn’t perform. I know they have a distribution agreement with T mini (who knows how long that contract is) and monogram whenever that comes to market but that’s a big question mark. Anyone have any insight? Just seems like there are some major red flags.

[comment u/Able-Drink3189] Zimmer is taking swings, but the deployment of the Rosa and the future pipeline are all over the place. Sure, they have acquired a few smaller companies to beef up their Robotics depth. But there is little to no focus on quality development and rollout. I'd stay away from their robot
