Hi! Any law firm owners/employees using GoHighLevel? I’m the director of my firms Intake Team, we currently use Lawmatics. We aren’t loving Lawmatics right now. I’ve pretty much been told fix it or scrap it. So I’m on the journey to find a replacement for if I can’t fix it. We need an easy integration into MyCase whether it’s built in, Zapier, or another 3rd party.

  • “GoHighLevel can work well for law firm intake if it’s set up specifically around your intake process instead of treated like a generic CRM. You can handle lead capture, automated follow-up, appointment scheduling, pipeline stages, call/text/email communication, and intake workflows in one place. For MyCase, I’d map out exactly what needs to sync between the two systems first, then use Zapier or”
