Highlighted: the lines this signal was extracted from

I've been the Shipping Manager at my job for about 8 years now and have noticed that over the last couple of years SAFE-T Claims have turned into a waste of time and 99% of the time don't even work as intended (or at least how they used to work). A majority of the returns I get are due to the Buyer not reading the listing description. An example would be for some of our Video Game listings, "USED - ACCEPTABLE: GAME DISC ONLY (does not include original case)" and they return their purchase as a seller faulted reason because "the game didn't include the original case", when in reality it was 1000% buyer faulted. I've even started to message the buyers directly before shipping the item to verify they know exactly what they are purchasing. Anyway, I get the return, file the SAFE-T Claim to get back the return shipping, send screenshots, clearly explain that we did everything on our end to ensure the buyer got exactly what they ordered but are returning for a Buyer Faulted reason, and it always gets denied. I attempt to include more evidence, denied again. Is there any way around this these days or is it best to just eat the cost and hope my customers pay attention to what they're purchasing?
