Compass International Holdings has introduced AI Assistant, a conversational AI tool integrated into its Home Platform that enables agents to complete tasks using natural language prompts. The launch comes weeks after the company unveiled the Home Platform and expands its AI capabilities across that platform's workflow tools. AI Assistant can access information across an agent's contacts, pipeline, marketing activity and task list to automate administrative work, including updating client records, drafting follow-up emails, creating saved searches, scheduling reminders and managing transactions, according to a news release. It also provides personalized daily briefings and surfaces business opportunities, such as "Likely to Sell" recommendations, based on an agent's existing data. The company said early users have used the tool to prioritize outreach, reconnect with past clients and automate follow-up activities.
