🏭EQT Real Estate Completes Nearly $400 Million Sale of Midwest Logistics Portfolio EQT Real Estate has completed the sale of the EQT Central Logistics Portfolio, comprising 20 buildings and approximately 4.4 million square feet across St. Louis, Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, Cleveland and Louisville. Assembled through a series of acquisitions beginning in 2020, the portfolio was strengthened through our locals-with-locals approach. EQT Real Estate’s local teams executed strategic leasing, building expansions, renovations and targeted capital improvements, resulting in a high-quality, 94% occupied portfolio at the heart of the U.S. freight network. We extend our appreciation to John Huguenard, Trent Agnew and William McCormack of JLL for their partnership and guidance throughout the sale process.
