Cinnamon Toast Crunch baking mix leans into comfort. 06.23.2026 MINNEAPOLIS - General Mills Inc. owns one of the most iconic baking brands of all time, Betty Crocker, and one of the most recognizable cereal brands, Cinnamon Toast Crunch. In May, the company combined both brands into a new all-in-one baking mix called Bisquick Cinnamon Toast Crunch pancake and baking mix. Made with cinnamon and without artificial colors, the mix allows consumers to bring the cinnamon-sugar taste of Cinnamon Toast Crunch to pancakes, waffles, muffins, cookies and more. Luke Neithammer, business unit director of baking for General Mills, said the product launch tracks with current consumer trends. "We're seeing continued interest in nostalgic flavors, comfort foods and products that make at-home occasions feel a little more special," Neithammer said. "Consumers are also looking for convenience without sacrificing flavor. Bisquick Cinnamon Toast Crunch baking and pancake mix taps into those trends by bringing an iconic flavor into everyday baking moments."
