HARTFORD, Conn., August 25, 2026 --( BUSINESS WIRE )-- The Hartford is partnering with the University of California, Berkeley's Bakar Labs for Energy & Materials (BL-EM) to help startup companies who are developing next-generation energy and materials technologies.
