New festive magazine from Good Housekeeping. Hearst has produced a festive brand extension for its flagship brand with the launch of the Good Housekeeping Christmas TV Guide. The December issue of Good Housekeeping is typically its best-selling issue of the year, so the brand already has a strong Christmas connection with its audience. The new standalone Good Housekeeping Christmas TV Guide goes on sale tomorrow (9 December). It has been printed by Precision Colour Printing in Telford. The format is the same as Best magazine, at 291x205mm, and the extent is 192pp on 51gsm LWC paper plus 6pp cover on 150gsm WFC stock. The magazine is saddle stitched. The Christmas TV Guide covers the Christmas and New Year fortnight. As well as TV listings and viewing recommendations, it includes a festive film guide, celebrity interviews, "must-stream shows", and quizzes and puzzles.
