SE Culture at Sierra.ai?

Post

I'm being recruited by Sierra and am wondering about the SE culture/ life for those that are working there. I know folks there that have told me that it is a rocket ship - large deals, top accounts, really sharp people, and their founders have legendary status, but what is the day to day like for an SE? Curious about WLB, quality of the AEs, intensity, how demos and deals typically flow, etc...

  • [comment u/Praefectus27] My teams accounts are NICE, Verizon, Comcast, Apple, Salesforce, Humana, Centene, and a bunch of others.

  • “I interviewed with Sierra. They seem like a great team but I kid you not they emphasized “fast paced” and “hardwork” like 50 times through 2 interviews. They really want you to know they will work you to the bones and they’re not modest about it. It’s literally written in their values. The tech is really good as is the money but I wasn’t looking for the startup life again at this stage of my caree”

I work in CX Assurance testing and validating bots at the globes largest companies. 60% of them are deploying Sierra. 20% Gemini, and the remaining 20% for all of the others.
