I'm so sick of Pax8's BS. They started charging Credit Card fees and made the ACH setup impossible without talking to unresponsive support. Then after the ACH is setup, it doesn't have auto-pay (which I didn't notice), so I got hit with late fees. Reached out to support to see if I could get that refunded, they created a finance ticket and literally no one has responded in like 3 months. I'm trying to stay on top of manually paying, but it's difficult because this is literally the only account that I have to do that with, and I don't even get warning emails that I'm going to be overdue, so I just was overdue again, so I'm probably going to get a late fee again. I can't stand them anymore. As soon as I can figure out how to transfer all the skus I'm using into another platform, I'm done with them. Edit: Fixed wording

  • “It's been a little over a year now since I setup ACH initially. I had no trouble getting it going. I changed the bank account it pulled from about 6 months ago, again without issue. I've had it setup for auto-pay since day one, and it's never failed to pull the invoiced amount on the due date. (15th, or a day or so after) It's entirely possible something has broken on their end since I set mine”

  • “Ahh the "Pax8 Tax" that all MSP's pay when they start and do not know better but to do business with them. That tax cost me thousands. There is ALWAYS some billing issue with them, and it will never once, not a single time, be in your favor. There is only one solution, and that is to move. They will not refund you. They will not fix the issue going foward. Move your product to another vendor, th”

  • “They’ve moved a lot of their support overseas but won’t pay for them to work on US time. So most responses come in at odd hours. Which makes everything take wayyy longer. Such a joke.”

  • “Use a debit card. But they also “accidentally” charged us the CC fee on the debit card a couple of random times but fixed it and credited back the fee. I wouldn’t trust them with automatic ACH given the lack of chargeback possibility.”
