CINCINNATI ( Cincinnati Business Courier ) - Kroger Co. is developing a center in India where it can shift numerous job functions to save hundreds of millions of dollars, according to an industry analyst. Downtown Cincinnati-based Kroger (NYSE: KR), the nation's largest operator of traditional supermarkets, is developing what it calls its Kroger Capability Center to outsource jobs and boost efficiency.
