The West Health Champions Retreat brought together more than 140 clinicians, educators and healthcare leaders from across Mass General Brigham to celebrate the graduation of our inaugural cohort and welcome a new group of Champions dedicated to improving care for older adults. Through interactive learning, quality improvement presentations and cross-site collaboration, participants explored new ways to advance evidence-based, person-centered care. Congratulations to our graduating Champions and welcome to the next cohort continuing this important work across the health system. http://spklr.io/6042ERJH0
