Unfortunately it looks like we can’t have a discussion on now Noom is using different levels of pricing for different users. New users are being offered promotional (but not temporary) discounts that bring their monthly costs to approximately half the cost of existing users for Noom’s weight loss prescription drugs. I’m assuming this will be removed too, but hopefully we can have a discussion about what is appropriate in terms of how existing customers are treated compared to new users.

  • “Yeah they only try to cut the cost when you cancel the subscription, and even then it’s not by a significant amount. It’s honestly not worth it.”

  • “I have twice attempted to cancel Noom Med to go to Noom Weight simply because of the subscription price. Both times they have offered me a small discount where I can pay it monthly rather than the three months initially.”
