Nscale, the London-based AI cloud provider backed by Nvidia, has filed for an initial public offering in the United States, targeting a valuation of up to $35bn when it lists on the New York Stock Exchange. The target, according to people familiar with the matter cited by City A.M., would value the company at roughly two and a half times the price implied by its last private round, when a March funding round led by the Norwegian energy group Aker and 8090 Industries put it at about $14.6bn.
