This will allow the company to more efficiently serve customers in Poland and nine foreign markets, including Germany, France, Romania, Ukraine, and Hungary. The agreement with Prologis, a global leader in logistics real estate, was concluded under the Clear Lease® formula, ensuring cost transparency and greater operational predictability. Grospol is a Polish family-owned company present in the furniture market since 2006. Initially focused on retail operations, in 2012 it began producing chairs and armchairs under the Grospol and SNAPty brands. Today, the company operates a fully independent production facility in Brzeziny, including its own carpentry shop, paint shop, sewing shop, upholstery shop, and warehouse. The company currently employs over 150 people and offers furniture for offices, medical facilities, restaurants, and schools, among other uses. The development of a network of over 40 partner showrooms, online sales, and exports has translated into a significant increase in Grospol's operations. In response to growing operational needs, the company decided to lease modern warehouse space at Prologis Park Łódź and reorganize its logistics processes. Prologis Park Łódź has a planned area of 92,357 sqm.
