The American semiconductor giant Qualcomm announced the acquisition of Israeli cybersecurity company SAM Seamless Network. According to information from Globes, the transaction amount exceeds 100 million dollars. Founded by its CEO Sivan Rauscher and its Vice President Shmuel Chafets, a partner at the venture capital fund Target Global, SAM Seamless Network had raised approximately 30 million dollars since its creation.
