I pulled my last quarter apart properly this time, every line and not just the fee section in Seller Central. Referral, fulfillment, storage, the surcharges, the conditional fees, plus ad spend, plus what I pay to get the goods to the warehouse door. All of it came out at 38 percent of gross revenue on a product I would have called my best margin SKU two years ago. Before ads and inbound freight it is closer to 26 percent, which is the number I had been carrying around in my head the whole time. What makes it hard to act on is that no single line is dramatic. Each fee moved a little, the cost per click moved a little, freight moved a lot. None of it shows up as a crisis in any one report I look at weekly, so nothing ever triggered a decision, and the total quietly turned into a different business than the one I priced. I keep seeing 2026 breakdowns putting Amazon related expenses at 35 to 45 percent of revenue, and I assumed I was at the bottom of that band. I am not. Anyone else run their all in number lately? What percent are you at, and did anything besides raising your price actually move it back down? Anyone else seeing this?
