(Welltower) and Apex Healthcare Properties LLC (Apex) under section 73 of the Enterprise Act 2002. The completed acquisitions by Welltower of multiple care homes managed by Barchester Healthcare, HC-One, Aria Care (including Asprey) and Danforth Care (together, the Mergers) will therefore not be referred to an in-depth, Phase 2 investigation and the undertakings which have been signed by Welltower and Apex will come into effect from this date.
