Can someone explain how Servicenow has made it as a company? I’ve met a lot of customers and all seem to detest the product. The morale in the office is very poor due to the recent rifs. Was very surprised to see them wheel out Shaq to shill for more layoffs. More sad to see that he would do anything for the benjamins. The Armis acquisition has been a shambles. All of them appear depressed to have joined. Loads of them were silently RIFed as well. One guy there said that the management in Armis haven’t a clue what’s going on and have given up trying to get answers. Most of their top performers have walked already. Their culture seems to have been destroyed. The Veza people seem to be delighted that they finally have customers to talk to and their product is being made work. The whole integration strategy as well seems to be all made up and is changing week to week.

  • “This post seems masturbatory but I'll say from a customer perspective that we buy SKUs and ServiceNow does the things we pay for. Their company operations don't have much impact on me other than I have to compare brochureware against actual functionality for new features every now and again.”

  • “How do you know the Armis acquisition is in shambles? its too early to say anything about it. I was at a few Risk events and saw a lot of happy customers. Are you not a happy person? and just want to poo pooh NOW?”
