Due to the limitations that Fusion decided to put on their free version, I decided to switch to SolidWorks. On a lark I went looking for a native add-in for Gridfinity that runs inside of SolidWorks and would let you model anything you want. There isn't one... I like the online generators but if you're trying to model a complete set for a drawer or cabinet then it gets tedious creating them online, importing them, fitting them together, etc. And you could just print them and hope they fit, but why waste the filament if you don't have to. I decided the world would be a better place with another add-in so I made one. I based it on what I saw at GridfinityGenerator.com which seemed pretty thorough to me. Here's the GitHub link: Gridfinity For Solidworks It installs and uninstalls fine, I had a bug but I fixed it. If you find any while running it on your system report them and we can work on fixing them. If you have any ideas for improvements share them or maybe try to create them yourself and help out.
