I didn't post this on the Loan Originators forum as I'd ended up getting bombarded with DMs. I posted something on there before and had to delete it because the hungry dogs came barking. I don't blame them. But I'm just looking for websites. Do you have a go-to site to stay on top of DPA programs? I've seen Freddie Mac DPA One, National Council of State Housing Agencies State Housing directory Wondering if anyone has a go-to to stay on top of the ever changing programs. I get a lot of clients looking for no money down etc. which is obviously hard, but they're out there. Not even just grants etc. which are hard to get -- but interest free loans on the down payment, things like that. I know Zillow Home Loans recently announced their interest free loans on the down payment, but I haven't really worked with them yet and would like a good pool of recommendations for buyer clients.

  • [comment u/monityAI] dpa one and the ncsha directory are good for the list, but changes show up first on your state housing finance agency's program pages and the city or county ones.

  • “the "best website" would be very local - as local as city you're in. Or a local/state provider of consumer education and DPA/FTHB loans”
