We own a hotel and we are honestly so fed-up of Super.com reservations. We DID NOT authorize the deep discounts that it offers and neither are those discounts present on the websites that we actually signed contracts with (Booking.com and Expedia). Has anyone successfully removed their property from Super.com? What are the steps you took? No one is responding to the emails available online and no way to contact anyone. (Extremely frustrated) I have been successful at reaching Agoda.com but no luck with Super. PLEASE HELP!

  • [comment u/CressBoth3720] Also, remember agoda is part of booking.com asian network. Don't let booking.com tell you that they don't know how agoda keep selling your room at low rates.

  • [comment u/ummacles123] Also to all hoteliers here, make complaint to Booking.com.com (if they are reselling the stupid rates as "partner rates"). Write that its false advertising (usually amenities are wrong), you are losing revenue and getting complaints.

  • “Turn off B2B bookings on Expedia. These vendors unfence package rates but there is so much revenue generated through them Expedia doesnt care, especially if you are independent. Expect your Expedia account manager to reach out quickly and ask you to turn it back on lol”

  • “We have stopped honoring any booking via agoda for the same reason. They keep selling our rooms at 50 to 70 dollars less than our advertised rate. If you don't have any contract with them do the same. Also, remember agoda is part of booking.com asian network. Don't let booking.com tell you that they don't know how agoda keep selling your room at low rates. Also, look at stacking in expedia and boo”

  • “What we did at our property is just increased the rates to everyone who’s leaking rates to super.com. Now we get no reservations from them and a really good number of direct reservations, but that’s probably not an option in many regions. Removing member only discounts on OTAs like Expedia, trip.com may also help.”
