Highlighted: the lines this signal was extracted from

Over a week later and distribution still has come to a complete halt for any and all BSX products. Does anyone else think that this is going to have long lasting impacts on physician use of BSX products? Especially in the EP and LAAC divisions where it has already had a pretty bad year due to unexpectedly tough competition. Cases are already being rescheduled or given to competition. How can they fully come back from this? Especially if this lasts into next week? Puts on BSX?

Also quoted as evidence

  • [comment u/Raptor7502020] if cases get missed/cancelled that could be the “in” for competitors to swoop into loyal accounts and gain business.

  • [comment u/Desperate_Isopod_353] What I do know is the buyer-side playbook during a supplier outage. Hospitals and ASCs push substitutions through value analysis approvals. Cases shift to competitor systems.

It will only be a matter of time before they run out of in field product. I suspect they’ll ship to bigger accounts first and those in new territories or smaller businesses will dry out first. A contraction.”

I think people with common sense will recognize this could’ve happened to anyone, but if cases get missed/cancelled that could be the “in” for competitors to swoop into loyal accounts and gain business. From the patient impact side, there would likely be lingering questions if patients are co”
