  • [comment u/Hutch_911] Sounds like either the sensor or the transmitter are fkd you will have to probably replace the puck in the transmitter.

  • [comment u/AdeptnessAncient228] You’ve definitely got a comms issue between the two devices. As someone mentioned earlier, the core processor may have died.

  • “You need a rs485 clip on adapter like the microflx and the software prolink 3 from Emerson. You’ll be able to check the coriolis out better using the software. The puck on the sensor sounds like it’s NFG”

  • “Get RS485 modem, remove green and white wire from 800 Core, put paper clips in the terminals, put your 485 modem alligator clips on the paper clips in proper A/B polarity. Log onto ProLink III using the Service Port protocol with the correct modem port selected, see if the same alarms are present when talking to the Core, completely bypassing the transmitter. Of the alarms are still there, you hav”

  • “They flowed through it... but how? There's two pipes in the element.. check each pipe individually in case the there's foreign material in one of them with a flow of water. After the water treatment, use an jacketed and stranded wire and pass it through each tube of the element. Pay attention to anything that comes out on the wire. You may have to go at it from both sides because of the bends. F”

The cable does not look like Micro Motion OEM 4-wire cable. Not saying it shouldn’t still work, but I’d check to make you’re getting 12v on the black/red.
