    "post_text": "UPDATE: Hindi pala ako failed sa Final Interview sa Emapta, feeling ko lang pala hahahhaha. The recruiter reached out to me after 5 hours saying I passed!! I am joining Emapta in October, TYL!! My process took 2 weeks in total.\n\nI am a Senior Project Manager. If you want guys I can refer you to my lovely recruiters at Emapta and IBM. Feel free to dm me.\n\nJob dust to everyone!! 💫💫\n\nUnemployed for 2 months now.\n\nIt really sucks! I failed many times, I was a top performer, every company I worked for, I made sure I get achievements and give back to the business.\n\nIt's just sad that hiring managers usually focus on how a person answers during an interview rather than looking at the past achievements. I have interviewed people that have great comms skill before, but skills nila and performance after mahire are below average and sometimes low pav - marami lang ebas.\n\nBtw, here are some companies I applied for:\n\nConnext Global - After 2nd level of interview, ghosted! Sabi iendorse sa client but no reply at all after follow ups.\n\nPontoon Solutions PH/Adecco Group - this was actually my top choice. The TA endorsed me to multiple clients. First client, I was interviewed by a Filipino TL mas bata pa sakin. I thought I did well, but got rejected.
