Highlighted: the lines this signal was extracted from

Anyone have the scoop on the recent $250M KKR settlement with DOJ? From Reuters: KKR "said the penalty would have no financial impact on KKR, its ‌funds or investors because it would be fully reimbursed by outside law firms." I can guess at one or two of the firms but I'm surprised not to see more discussion of what happened and the fallout. I'm a litigator, so I have no idea how to contextualize that sort of professional liability exposure versus the fees, but as a former partner, it sends shivers down my spine nonetheless.
