Hi everyone, I've just moved over to the UK a few months ago and joined the finance team at a growing tech company. It's still a bit messy, so we've been manually tracking expenses / bills which is getting unsustainable as we scale. Someone in the team suggested looking for expense management platforms so here I am. Main features I'm looking for are issuing virtual cards, quick receipt tracking, and an easy integration to QBO, so pretty much just all the basic features. I've done a bit of snooping around and it looks like Pleo / Soldo is something people recommend. Another thing I noticed was US platforms like Ramp recently rolled out over here, so I'm looking into that as well. Either way, I'd love to hear out any recommendations from you guys. Thanks!

I think we had to preload the cards and when we cancelled we had a hell of a job getting them to refund the balance. That was a few years ago so maybe better now. • “We’ve used Pleo and Amex previously, we did look at Apron Find that Capital on Tap is really good - notifications for employees to upload receipts is really good plus the cashback and points and it’s free! We’re really happy with it”
