  • “Fill-rate - Rivian is super anal about this one metric. If you’re not meeting the threshold, you’re Ops Mgr will lay into you big time. You don’t get to order spares. Stock orders are approved by material planners. They make lists based on trends, data analytics, etc. If you’re ordering an SOP and the carrier fucks up, you’re most likely gonna have to source from another service center. Get co”
