Hey Restaurant owners, Looking for feedback only. Like most restaurant and cloud kitchen owners, the biggest headache I’ve seen is losing 25–35% on every order to aggregator commissions, plus having zero control over customer data. To solve this, I’ve been building an end-to-end direct online ordering system tailored for restaurants, bakeries, and cloud kitchens (demo in the video). A quick clarification upfront: This is NOT a discovery marketplace like zwiggy/tomato. You don't need millions in ad spend to get listed on a shared platform. Instead, this is a private, direct online storefront for your own restaurant/cloud kitchen - designed to help you stop paying 25–35% commissions on your existing, repeat, and social media customers (demo in video). Key Features: Instant OTP Login: Quick mobile-number checkout without complicated signups. Custom Digital Menu & Branding: Fully branded mobile web app with categories, options in menu items (full/half etc.), and item images. Direct Payments & Zero Commission: Money goes directly to the owner's bank account via their payment gateway keys and integrated payment gateways (will help you with registration). Automated Delivery & Tracking: Seamless integration for automated delivery partner assignment (Shiprocket) and live customer tracking. Customer Data Ownership: Access to phone numbers, repeat order history, and CRM data for direct...

  • “the problem is not the commission but how would you bring people into your app to order for that you need lots of restaurants and for that you need a big budget.”

  • “Fellow founder here, building in the restaurant ordering space too. Top comment is dead on. The tech is the easy part. Moving regulars over is the whole game, and the owners who pull it off are the ones marketing their own link the way you described. Flat SaaS is the only pricing that doesn't fight them on it.”

  • “Don't build there was an startup founded by ex Swiggy employee even they failed . And only rapido can pull this off and they have launched there own app so . Better not waste time on this .”
