  • “This is so frustrating from the customer end. Just send me to someone who can do the damn job. But also a lot of these AI systems are frustrating for service workers to use and how it is used it limited. This is why I always just drive to the Tmobile store in person whenever I want anything; they can't bounce you around when you are standing in their store.”
