This is the only fast food app I use and with the recent update I find it to have gone to shit. It's annoying to navigate and I'm beginning to think it's on purpose to make people stay on the app longer. The previous version was more than fine.

  • [comment u/Dopamaxxer] There’s a lot of speculation about that. There was zero new added functionality. Literally all they did was ruin the UI. Yes, it is a little more aesthetic, but it’s so much less intuitive that it feels intentional to make users scroll past more options to get to what they want to induce buying.

  • “Don’t use your phone while driving. That said, I generally placed every Taco Bell app order spur of the moment en route after leaving work usually in chaotic traffic. The new app layout is so hard to navigate while driving I stop ordering every time now out of frustration (and for safety) because I can’t do it while driving anymore. I’ve basically stopped going just because of the app.”
