I'm not letting some rando handle a $300.00 - $1000.00 order and want to drop it off at the door instead of providing real set-up and customer service. I didn't know Uber was buying them though. I predict further enshitfying.”

“i wouldn't try to predict whether the acquisition makes them nicer. i'd give the combined platform four weeks and judge the numbers. reconcile every catering order from the ticket to the bank deposit: menu price, commission, delivery or setup cost, refunds, credits, tips, and final remittance. track late orders, missing items, customer-service time, and any refund charged back without a fair dis”
