Before that, she held leadership positions across Unilever's global and local organisations, including on brands such as Dove, Lynx and REN Clean Skincare, where she led a turnaround and helped restore the brand's growth and profitability. In her new role, Hovey will lead Kraft Heinz' UK & Ireland finance function, devising strategy and working with wider leadership to drive growth.
