“I think we are being gaslit by the airlines. If a company’s cost of business goes up they adapt by a combination of cutting costs, raising prices, and cutting production if demand goes down. But has there been a drop in demand? Why aren’t they just adding a fuel surcharge to their fares like they have in past fuel price increases? I suspect the flights being cut were already below the desired load”
