My video won't process past 94%. I've already tried re-uploading it 3 times. I opened a support ticket 11 days ago and have received exactly one auto-reply since then. I’ve been a Vimeo user for years, and this is the first time support has been this quiet. I’m starting to look at alternatives (Kinescope and Bunny Stream keep coming up in my searches), but I really don't want to migrate my entire video library if this is just a rare, one-off glitch. Has anyone else experienced this recently? Is an 11-day wait normal now, or is it time to jump ship?

  • “11 days is not normal even for Vimeo's current support levels. The stuck-at-94% is usually a transcoding failure on their end, not your file. Before committing to a full migration, try uploading a re-encoded H.264 MP4 version to see if it processes cleanly.”

  • “Our LMS integrates with video platforms. We added support for Sprout Video after Vimeo got too expensive for one of our customers. They’ve been great to work with!”

  • “Hey, bunny.net employee here. Just wanted to chime in that we have a dedicated tool for migrating video libraries from Vimeo to Bunny Stream, so you wouldn’t have to move everything manually. More details here: https://bunny.net/blog/how-to-migrate-from-vimeo-to-bunny-stream/ And if you need any help with the migration, our support team is available 24/7 and usually replies pretty quickly.”
