“I'd like to add context to why things like this are inexcusable. You don't actually "cook" any of this chicken, a fryer does, with buttons that have preset timers. The grill is a slightly different story. One is almost entirely automatic, the DSG I think, and the other model used is a more standard grill where you actually have to flip patties and temp to serve. What your location failed to”
