Has anyone used Adaptive Planning Workday ?? My hospital is switching to this from Axiom by early next year and no idea how it is. Haven’t heard of anyone using this system in any other hospitals in the state.

  • [comment u/DeepBlue7093874] It’s a good tool if implemented properly. You should be on the implementers for any difference between your erp and adaptive.

  • [comment u/CFR05t] We have it. It was not implemented well and now sucks. We hold it together with tape

  • [comment u/slowtrees] officeconnect is the part worth learning, it's basically the only reason to pick adaptive over the other EPN tools.

  • “It’s a good tool if implemented properly. You should be on the implementers for any difference between your erp and adaptive. I use the web for inputs and income statement checks. Office connect is super powerful, but takes a lot of work to learn. For us when we want certain accounts excluded for reporting, I do it in office connect and then use the web to tie it out.”

  • “I’ve used adaptive at various stops. It’s a good tool. Make sure you get officeconnect (excel add in). The biggest unlock was using personnel sheets to make forecasting personnel expenses much more streamlined. I can answer specific questions you may have on the tool but it’s probably not entirely different from other EPN tools out there”
