I have been doing this for years now. I have seen some flip flopping going on. VRBO was the best guests. Now Vrbo is by a wide margin the worst guests. I used to think b.com guests were kicked off Airbnb. Now b.com are my favorite. My beach condos have almost exclusively booked with b.com. Airbnb complainers are losing steam. I seem to care less about accommodating them and b.com is filling. I tried the 15% off promo for Airbnb best guests and that was a disaster. Those guests were needy and complained constantly. I immediately removed the good guest discount. I really wish Google travel would pick up. All of them have stupid fees except Google, which will probably force a correction. Just curious if everyone else is seeing b.com take over.

"Denied access" is also grounds for the most severe penalty and about 20% of my VRBOs show up without any of the check in details I”
