I have a customer who had food delivered to their business, which is in a strip center. The driver took it TO THE WRONG BUSINESS - in fact the photo proof the dasher took showed the wrong business's name. went to ask for a refund, and DD said "Refund Amount: $0.00Refund Explanation: Never Delivered refunds cannot be processed for orders where the Dasher delivered the order within 100m of the customer address." Have ya'll found an effective way around this? It happens ALL THE TIME - wrong apartment, wrong house, and in this case, wrong business. Does that mean in NYC they can deliver to the 11th floor if you paid for it to be delivered to the 42 floor? but latitude/longitude-wise, it WAS taken to the correct building (I had this happen once, but It was like 11th floor delivered vs 27th where requested) SO DD can, on a rainy day, deliver the food 99m from your door, log their GPS - and then leave, and there's no refund? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Edit -sorry - i didn't say- my restaurant's app uses DD to deliver food when people choose, on our app or site - GET MY FOOD DELIVERED. so it is my problem
