    "post_text": "So lastly I posted this on the page about the issue regarding a hardware issue in my newly ordered laptop as u guys recommended i immediately contacted the brand and shared the problem with further a technician joined online and updated everything and told to inform if the same error occurs again and after only 15 mins it did so the the brand booked it for a physical technician visit the main thing, the brand told me if there will be a hardware issue the technician will pack the laptop and u will get the refund so I am pretty confused in this i purchased the laptop thu flipkart that too on a 3 month Emi on my Sbi CC.
