I’m using 6 different tools to run one business. Is there a better CRM?

I run a commercial cleaning company in Pennsylvania with 8 people handling sales, scheduling and customer accounts. Our current tech stack has turned into a collection of tools that all do one small part of the job: RingCentral - incoming calls and textsAircall - outbound sales callsGoogle Sheets - sales tracking, commissions and job issuesBrevo - email campaignsMake - connecting everything togetherPandaDoc - quotes and proposals It works, but every time we add something new, there’s another integration to set up or another place where someone has to update information. What I really want is one system where we can manage leads, calls, texts, follow-ups, quotes, customer records and basic reporting without having six different tabs open. We have around 40–50 new leads a month, so we're not a huge operation. I don't need an enterprise platform with 200 features. I just want the core stuff to work together without spending a fortune on integrations. I've looked at a few all-in-one CRMs, but some seem to sacrifice the sales features we need while others become expensive once you start adding phone, automation and integration features. Has anyone moved from a setup like this to one CRM and been happy with the change? I’m more interested in something that works smoothly day to day than a platform with the longest feature list.

[comment u/No-Project-3002] you can use hubspot which support most of these features natively and if you need to use other tools you can use integrations.
