Basically the title! even before the layoffs it seemed impossible to get an interview at these two places. I even have 7 years experience! I’m also annoyed that i got 4 rejection emails at the exact same time this morning (3:14am???)

  • [comment u/AdDramatic6790] If you have a good referral, it’s actually pretty easy. It took me 2 weeks from start to offer.

  • [comment u/y_would_i_do_this] Iqvia is very strict about therapeutic area. I got an interview once, and that was because I had experience in a specific type of device.

  • “Mostly because these companies just suck for general hiring. They HAVE TO post jobs publicly but often just promote from within or hire based on who you know. When they are actually looking for someone there are thousands that are well wualified”

  • “You aren’t missing much at ICON. I lasted a year before quitting without a new job lined up. Now they’ve been forced upon me as a vendor and suck even more. Their delays on negotiating site budgets have put us at risk of meeting FDA mandated timelines, and we “aren’t allowed” to contact their negotiators.”
