    "post_text": "Well, thanks to the epic fail that is Nordstrom credit card services transition to TD Bank , I can no longer make electronic bill payments from either of my checking accounts; both are at major US banks. Best they can do is send checks; quick online search tells me those are being rejected and returned, apparently. On to Plan B.....\n\nPaid last month via phone, used personal checking account information. \n\n \nJust paid this month's bill - STUNNED that the system retained my PERSONAL CHECKING ACCOUNT INFORMATION from last payment when I absolutely did NOT give them permission to do so. I NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER **EVER** put my personal checking info in any credit card system for autopay (except health insurance). \n\nMy question is: isn't this illegal? Doesn't this need to be authorized? How on **EARTH** are they getting away with this?\n\nAdding to my list: cancel Nordstrom card. Not worth the hassle or points, and want my account info WIPED.
