Hi, I couldn't find in SN doc how much ServiceNow charges per 1 "AI" Assist (is $US). Is the cost different per customer based on some contract? Plus, in terms of token how many tokens is equivalent to 1 "AI" Assist?

Extracted from these lines

  • [comment u/InterstellarReddit] It depends on your contract anywhere between .04 an assist to .40 cents an assist

  • [comment u/TuesdayTrex] Repackaging token costs as a model is just not going to work. Make us pay for the software and then just bill us for the token usage. If not, we’ll just build our own

  • [comment u/rndomusernm5] It depends if you have the old Pro Plus or the new AI native SKUs.

  • “It is so variable on how much one assists costs depending on what license you bought to get them along with if you got a deal from whoever you bought the license from. Prices aren’t listed in docs anywhere. You’ll need to get in touch with someone who sells licensing to get some sort of answer.”

  • “It depends if you have the old Pro Plus or the new AI native SKUs. With the old ones it was easy to determine, because the AI part is an add-on so you could just divide the cost by the number of assists you got. It of course depends on the negotiation/& size of the deal, but it’s a matter of cents. With the new SKUs it’s difficult to say because you get a number of assists with your licenses a”
