These modifications have an estimated face value of $2,724,967,306 each for FedEx and UPS; and $272,496,731 for Polar, with a combined cumulative program face value of $5,722,431,343. This contract is for continued express and ground small package delivery services (international and domestic shipments for FedEx and UPS, and international-only shipments for Polar) under the Next Generation Delivery Service-2 program. The option period of performance is from Oct. 1, 2026, to Sept. 30, 2030. Funding is not applicable at this level, decentralized ordering and funding using various fund types will be utilized at the agency task order level.
