When it comes to closing SaaS deals, what is more important? Should one consider getting leads from a SaaS marketplaces like Software Finder? I attended there demo and they offered PPL model from high-intent buyers on their platforms. What is your experience?

  • [comment u/outdoorsauce] Zoom info for example (at least the plan I had) was non-exclusive, so your buyers were liable to say “I’ve gotten xxx calls in the last 3 days, fuck off.”

  • “Depends what "high intent" means to them. Did the Software Finder rep show how they actually verify intent, or is it just a form fill?”

  • “I sell leads currently but have also bought leads. One thing that might not be obvious is not every lead for sale is exclusive. Zoom info for example (at least the plan I had) was non-exclusive, so your buyers were liable to say “I’ve gotten xxx calls in the last 3 days, fuck off.” Currently I sell exclusive leads, but I also provide more data on each lead using a proprietary platform and funnel”
